Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER PROCESSING?
All the merchandises at VALUNIQ.COM are shipped from the United States, Europe, and some from Asia. Some hand-crafted merchandises need extra processing time, 1-4 business days to make them unique and valuable. Estimated delivery time will take around 3-5 business days from the warehouse in the United States and 5-10 business days from Europe or Aisa.

Q: WHAT IS VALUNIQ'S RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it in 14 days after you have received the order. In order to get the full refund, the items must be unused, undamaged and never worn condition.

Q: HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you would like to return your order with some reasons, you must do it in 14 days after you receive it.
- Contact us with your order number, item name, and return reason.
- We will check your order information and provide you with the return label or the address to return the package via email.
- When you use the return label provided by us, just affix the label on your returning package and send them out via UPS or USPS depending on the address on the return label. If you prefer to return the package by yourself, you can send the package to the address you have informed via email.
- The condition of returned item will be checked when it arrives in warehouse or manufacturer.
- You will get refund when the condition of the returned item is confirmed as it is good original condition.
- When you use the return label provided by us, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- We strongly recommend you to insure the return item to cover its value when the package is lost or stolen.
